And now it's 6 months already.
With who?
Hmmm....

With my leg lah! HEHEHE XD
Yeap, that means, I HAVE to start sprinting.
But guess what? I don't feel lighter, neither my leg feels faster. And starting to sprint just scares the freak out of me. What if i were to tear my ligament again? Or maybe the right one this time?
Oh no mann..

First day of summer test. I was damn tired.
Slept at 3am last night. I really couldn't sleep due to some reasons.
Gahh.. family problem.

General Paper was do-able.
Advertising makes a significant impact on teenagers. Comment.
And i wrote like 3 and a half pages! Oh, i didn't have time to check.
I probably wrote crap. But oh well, I did wrote something. HAHA XD

Mother Tongue compre was a KILLERRRR!!!!
Dowanna talk bout it.

Well, I'm just too naive they say.
Really?

I missed the sunrise & the jetty smells fishy

GOOD MORNING SUNSHINE!

Woke up during dawn.
Me: Woi! Abang, wake up lah. Let's go jog.
Bro: Huh.... Fatin.. I.. I very lazy lahh..
Me: HUH?!?
Bro: Somemore gonna rain.. Go look ah at the sky.

Headed to the kitchen and looked out of the window.
Yeah, there were grey clouds hovering above.
But luckily, it was just a passing cloud.

Since bro was lazy, I went to accomplish the mission on my own.. :(
East Coast Park was filled with morning athletes. Well, most of them are Senior Citizens. Spotted a few groups of people doing Tai Chi too.
This time, the running distance felt shorter. Haha!

As I reached Bedok Jetty, it wasn't as crowded as before.
But to my disappointment,
the jetty stinks.

There's this fishy smell as many who were fishing had their fishes scattered on the ground
(They are probably showing off who can fish more. HAha!)
Sat at the same bench again, feeling the breeze caressing my face.
But, i didn't really get into the ambience.
Cos, there were Mats fishing nearby, blasting their music out loud. Grr..

Decided to take a power walk back home.
But the power walk turn out to be a breeze walk instead. Hehehe!
Then it was about time that i realise i'm travelling too slow.
So jogged back.

Well, ECP is an ideal place to have a jog. You can have your entertainment during the course of your jog.
Watching people skate then fall, family bonding, cute granny fishing and dogs leading their owners.
Haha! It's really a wonderful place.

So, anyone would care to join me someday?
Well, not in the morning of course. Maybe in the afternoon.
When the actions are the mosts. Haha.
XD
Cos I hear the waves crashing onto the shore.

Stress level high

OMGOSH!!!

I'm feeling so stressed up.
Feeling like shit right now.
Revision not going anywhere further.
My chemistry is not stable, and physics is down the drain.
ECONS! What is econs anyway?!?
ARGHH!!

I'm not quite sure whether i've studied enough, or studied the right thing.
Even planning to study with Gary is going nowhere.
Well, i believe he is more than welcome to study together.
But, i just can't seem to find time for myself!

I need a break.
Seriously.

Anyway, thanks to bro for bringing my confidence level high.
I never had serious brother-sister talk for a long time.
He would always be my hero.
Listening to my every needs and sorrow, and assuring me that I am able, somehow.

I'll be running to Bedok Jetty tomorrow morning.
Or maybe further this time? Hmm..
Me bro had agreed to join me.
Well, let's just hope I can wake up this time.
HEHE.

I'll be watching the sunrise by the tranquil beach of Monday morning.

Leadership Training Camp (LTC)

He bellowed. He ordered. He left no mercy.
Everyone drop 45 degrees to left, pumping position.
Our hands trembled under the hot baking running tracks in the afternoon.
The whole Student Elects choired our cheer as one, loud and clear.
"Hold it there longer buddy"
Sweat trickles down my face, peservering, never succumbing to fatigue.
RECOVER! Now TWINKLE position!
In half squat position and hands parrallel to the ground,
we echoed out cheer again, putting our heart and souls in it.
"Here's your support friend" - as they support our trembling hands with theirs.
But He wasn't torturing. He kept pushing us, beyond our limits.
Moulding us into one strong bonded family.

So, I'm finally back from Leadership Training Camp Phase 2 for 5th Student Council.
Let me be frank.
It's probably the toughest camp cos it was both mentally and physically challenging.
Mind you, it's more that what you think it is.
Even NCC camps or courses that I have attend wasn't as challenging as this.
The twinkles, the pumpings and the upright yelling.
It changed us all.
Not only the twinkles, pumpings and yelling.
But the values that was instilled indirectly to us.

Therefore, I would like to dedicate this song "The Climb by Miley Cyrus"
It serves as a reminder for the tough climb up the slippery and oily slope to the peak of the hill.

I can almost see it
That dream I am dreaming
But there's a voice inside my head saying
"You'll never reach it"

Every step I'm taking
Every move I make feels
Lost with no direction
My faith is shaking

But I gotta keep trying
Gotta keep my head held high

There's always gonna be another mountain
I'm always gonna wanna make it move
Always gonna be a uphill battle
Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose

Ain't about how fast I get there
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
It's the climb

The struggles I'm facing
The chances I'm taking
Sometimes might knock me down
But no, I'm not breaking

I may not know it
But these are the moments that
I'm gonna remember most, yeah
Just gotta keep going

And I, I got to be strong
Just keep pushing on

'Cause there's always gonna be another mountain
I'm always gonna wanna make it move
Always gonna be a uphill battle
Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose

Ain't about how fast I get there
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
It's the climb, yeah!

There's always gonna be another mountain
I'm always gonna wanna make it move
Always gonna be an uphill battle
Somebody's gonna have to lose

Ain't about how fast I get there
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
It's the climb, yeah!

Keep on moving, keep climbing
Keep the faith, baby
It's all about, it's all about the climb
Keep the faith, keep your faith, whoa

Serene and me, the last night of the camp.
When we were given only 20 mins to use our phone.

Me, Zi Xian, Yi Qi and Qing Hua
Oh just look at our exhausted faces
And we had Milo for supper. Trust me, Milo was like Estascy for us.

The experience and moments shared during the 3 days camp would always be etched in my heart.

With honour and humility,
not forgetting...
PRIDE.

Ain't about how fast I get there

Life is a climb. But the view is great.

Monday and Tuesday was caught up with Project Work.
Experiments and failures. Oh well, that's what built the uniqueness of a person. They learn from their mistake, and keep working on it. Don't give up you guys.

Wednesday and Thursday was spent with Nur Amirah Bte Senin at Marine Parade Library. She was kind and willing (and maybe got nothing better to do) to company me there.
Well, I needed peace to study.
Home wasn't a condusive place for me to study with those words hurled upon me and the sacarsms that pierce me.
While I did revision, she was either doing research for her F1 interview, chatting with others, or reading her A Thousands Splendid Suns book that she used face masks as a book mark.

She is one weird lady. Oops :X

Then we dined at Delifrance. Allerrrmak class tak?
Oh well, it was a student meal that costs $5.90.
It really worth it.
Try and bring your friends there yeah.

Thank you Amirah for accompanying me.
Although I kept laughing at your sillyness.

Today, had PW meeting too.
But while waiting for Jin Hui to come,
I ran 2.4km under the hot scorching sun that bakes the red tracks of the stadium.
Not quite sure about the timing, but I'm slowly gaining my stamina.
Ain't about how fast I get there.

Later met cousin Iffa at Plaza Singapura to catch the movie, Hannah Montana.
Apparently, she had free tickets. No wonder...
Haha, thanks for the treat girl.
The movie is one fabulous one.
It's really inspiring and it got me moving.
The songs too were contagious.
Hee.

Although the week had been depressing and heart rending, i enjoyed the times spent with my PW mates, secondary school friends, Amirah and Iffa.

OHHH!!
I'm looking foward to tomorrow.
Cos there's PHYSIOTHERAPY!
And that means i get to see Bambang and Pauline.
Yeap. I did my homework by running for miles okay....

Rejuvenated

Heyas.

Pre-University Seminar
Hmms, it was pretty tiring. But love the bonds made between the other SPFs.

Then class outting.

Though it was rather unsuccessful, the class bond we made never expected to be so close. With teamwork and compassion showered upon one another.

The pictures at facebook tells it all. Well, its more fun than it looks.

So after the first week of "fun", i have to start mugging.
But it seems like I'm not starting at all.
Hmms..

Anyway, went for a jog yesterday at East Coast Park. Ran from MacDonald's to Bedok Jetty. I'm not quite sure how long it is, but it was a rejuvenating one.
Although my legs felt like jelly and was about to give up and start walking, at the back of my mind kept pushing me forward.
'Nevermind the speed, as long as you complete, is already good enough.'

As I reached Bedok Jetty, i was basking in the sense of satisfaction.
Eventhough I've not achieved anything or claimed any prize of it, I won myself the spirit of perserverence.

I sat at the jetty.
All alone.
With the breeze caressing my cheeks.
I took a deep breath in, filling my lungs with fresh air.
"I did it"

Then today, went jogging with Amirah and Shikin, with Guo Yan as a time keeper. Haha!
It was refreshing.
Proud of them for completing the run despite the months of not jogging.

Met Gary and Hui Peng too.
Going back to Tampines brings alot of sweet memories.
I just simply laughed to myself.
Oh yeah, i miss the journey back home with Amirah.
Sighh.
I really miss them for sure.

I think that's about it for now.
I'm just too tired to go on further.

Where is the love?

The world feels bleak
My heart feels lost,
showing no direction.
The little voice in me is screaming
out of confusion and desperation.
It hurts like a thousand knives piercing through.
My loved ones are having an altercation.
My brothers, are ignorant.
And to always be the middle man,
makes me feel even more confused.
Where's the compassion?
Where's the trust?
Where's the love we used to shower each other?

The house i used to live in was where i felt secure and safe.
But now, it just feels like a place that i hate even more.
The fights, the sacarsm.
Who are you guys now?
Where's the guardian that i look up to for guidance?

She keeps calling.
Having no trust in me.
Blaming and accusing me for being one sided.
Then she,
kept repeating the sacarsms.
Patronizing my own mother in my face.

What is going on in the world I'm living in?
When will it ever stop?
And you guys are not acting like adults at all!

Although I'm screaming, my little voice will never be heard,
They'll never understand.
They'll never will.

And again I ask, Where is the love?

This petite body and weak soul is unable to carry on.
Dear god, please guide me through this rough episodes.

Just leave me alone
